1) Open a new transparent document 700 x 500.
2) Place the colored # e6d3da foreground and the dark color # 8d6778 background. Pour the dark color.
3) Apply the filter Render, Wood (tiled, fore-, background) to 128/128.
4) Draw a rectangle, leaving a margin of 30 around the document. New layer. Pour the dark in the selection. Add a drop shadow of 2, 2, 80, 10, and black - 2 - 2, 80, 10, black.
5) Selections, modify contract by 5, Delete with the Delete key on your keyboard. Selections, invert. Add a drop shadow 2, 2, 80, 10, and black - 2 - 2, 80, 10, black. Clear.
6) Draw a selection rectangle 100-130 horizontally and 100-250 vertically.
7) New Layer. Pour the dark. Add a drop shadow of 2, 2, 80, 10, and black - 2 - 2, 80, 10, black.
8) Squeeze 1. Pour the gradient in the selection. Name this layer rectangle. Clear.
9) Duplicate the layer. Place the new rectangle about 250 vertically and 160 horizontally.
10) Merge this layer with the layer below. Duplicate.
11) Use, copy the layer, the filter VM Distortion, Radial Pox, 175, 99, 109, 39
12) New Layer. Draw a selection ellipse inside the rectangle by placing your cursor in the middle (at 350-250).
13) Pour the gradient. Add a drop shadow 2, 2, 80, 10, and black - 2 - 2, 80, 10, black. Selections, modify, take out of 5. Delete with the Delete key on your keyboard.
14) Apply the filter VM Distortion, Radial Pox same parameters as above. Clear.
15) Duplicate the layer. Images, free rotation, 90, right, uncheck all the layers.
16) Duplicate the layer. Image resize 80 %.
17) Merge the layer with the layer below. Effects, image effects, mosaic without joint.
18) Sit on the Rectangle layer. Duplicate the layer. Effects, image effects, mosaics without joint (same as above).
19) Change the blend mode of the layer to Multiply.
20) Duplicate the layer. Image, resize to 60 %. Image, mirror. Apply the filter VM Distortion, Center Mirror 8, 128. Apply a second time the same filter. Lower the opacity to 37 and change the blend mode to Dissolve.
21) Copy and paste tube as new layer. Add a drop shadow 2, 2, 80, 10, black.
22) Images, add borders, symmetrical, 4, dark color and 30 white.
23) Select the blank with your magic wand. Pour the selection. Apply the filter VM Distortion, Center Mirror same parameters. Add a drop shadow 2, 2, 80, 10, and black - 2 - 2, 80, 10, black. Clear.
24) Add a border of 2, symmetrical dark.
25) Enter the word "Love" or another word. I chose the police Lysandria size 150, gradient. Shadow 2, 2, 100, 0, black.
26) Add your signature and then a shadow 2, 2, 100, 0, black.
You can add decorations if you wish.
